Get an enumerable for all of the log events related to this application event

Remarks

Since there may be a very large number of log events and they may each contain significant data callers are advised to process these in a streaming fashion - evaluating each as you go.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
