RegisterSessionController Method

Registers the specified type to be the session controller for the current extension. There can be at most per extension.

Parameters

controller: A type that implements the ISessionController interface.

Remarks

Only one type can be a session controller for an extension. If the current extension has already registered a session controller and attempts to register another an exception will be thrown.

If the specified type does not implement (directly or through inheritance) the required interface(s) an exception will be thrown.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
